CIMC Raffles has three construction bases in Shandong Province, located in Yantai, Haiyang and Longkou. Three construction bases have geographic advantage considering they are located at the vicinity of Bohai Bay, an important oil and gas producing area in China. The Company owns world-class offshore construction facilities and digital and intelligent construction methodology, and created innovative construction method, including parallel construction on land, launching with large barge, mating with 20,000t gantry crane, thruster installation at -18m deep water wharf, etc.

Yantai CIMC Raffles

Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. with the main business that including the design, construction, maintenance, transformation and related services of all kinds of Marine equipment such as drilling platforms, production platforms and modules, offshore engineering vessels, offshore wind power equipment and so on, provides "Turnkey" EPC general contracting services for customers. Its floor space is 520,000 square meters and sea area is 870,000 square meters. It also pioneers a series of innovative technologies such as block parallel construction onshore, launching of large barge, erection with 20,000T in dock, and underwater installation of thruster at the -18 meters deepwater wharf etc., also has the capability to build 2 FPSO simultaneously.

Haiyang CIMC Raffles

Haiyang CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. focuses on manufacture of Marine engineering equipment (including modules) and its structural parts, ships (≦300,000 tons) and steel structures. The types of products involved are semi-submersible drilling platforms, semi-submersible lifting platforms, special vessels, wind power, functional modules, steel structures, etc. It covers 430,000 square meters in area with quay length of 446m, and owns 3 production lines equipped with one unit of 700t gantry crane, 1 unit of 250t gantry cranes, 1 unit of 400t gantry crane. It also equipped with advanced intelligent piping workshop, relying on the Internet of Things, big data, digital technology, that increase the efficiency for 100%.

Longkou CIMC Raffles

Longkou CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. focuses on construction of automobile carrier, high-class Marine fishery equipment, small and medium-sized vessel, jack-up platform, etc. It covers an area of 420,000 square meters with quay length of 398m, and owns three production lines equipped with one unit of 600t gantry crane and two units of 250t gantry cranes. Meanwhile, Longkou equips with the first digital laser composite production line and Ro-Ro production line in China.

Commissioning

CIMC Raffles has proven commissioning and interface control process, high standard commissioning guidance and inspection documents and complete commissioning management system, making it possible to perform well in advanced high-end offshore engineering equipment commissioning and organizing and implementing of large-scale tests related to system functions. Under the guidance of classification society specifications and contract provisions, PDCS system is widely used for project database management covering semi-submersible platform, jackup, special purpose ship, FPSO, marine fishery equipment, offshore wind power equipment, luxury yacht, Ro-Ro and module products, engaging in the process including but not limited to bidding, FAT organization, pre commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, sea trial, delivery, warranty as well as supporting document management.
