Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above in offshore and marine engineering, electrical engineering, etc.;
2. More than 8 years experience in ship design and management of ship (marine) projects;
3. Conceptual design and basic design experiences in the passenger ship of more than 3,000 gross tons and more than 36 passengers, or the "RORO" program;
4. Familiar with the norms of at least one common international classification society, familiar with common international conventions such as SOLAS, understand the principle logic of SRtP related systems, and complete the principle design related to pipeline ;
5. Familiar with the major international shipboard electrical equipment suppliers and products; maintain good relations with suppliers, and get support from suppliers during the design stage;
6. Understand the performance feature and cost differences in different levels of electrical products and systems, and be able to design projects according to budget;
7. Be able to write the TA in Chinese and English versions, lead the TA negotiations and signing;
8. Be able to lead the program according to customer requirements by communicating with domestic and foreign passenger ships, and guide the customer to select the model if necessary;
9. Understand the downstream, design, process, production, and be able to reach an agreement;
10. Understand parallel majors and be able to collaborate on project design.
