On December 22, 2020, the commencement ceremony of the construction of the first batch of mass production intelligent cages under the Yantai ocean ranch "100 Fish-Farm Boxes Project" and the signing ceremony of the "Mirage · Yantai Bajiao Bay Maritime Art City Project" were held in Yantai Development Zone. At the ceremony, CIMC Raffles and Yantai Jinghai Marine Fishery Co., Ltd., Yantai Branch of Hengfeng Bank, Yantai Guoyuan Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Yantai Yida Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. jointly signed the cooperation agreement on the construction, financing and financial leasing of high-end intelligent cage, providing a sound financial guarantee for the implementation of the project. Yantai Jinghai Marine Fishery Co., Ltd., together with Shandong Academy of Marine Resources and Environment, Yantai Engineering Vocational and technical college, Yantai Ocean Economic Research Institute and Shandong Huifa Food Co., Ltd., signed the cooperation agreement on technical cooperation, training of fishery service talents and research and development of marine functional products, so as to improve the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the "100 Fish-Farm Boxes Project".

At the ceremony, CIMC Raffles signed the cooperation agreement on the establishment of the "Mirage · Yantai Bajiao Bay Maritime Art City Project" company with Yantai industry Travel Group Co., Ltd., which will take "Prometheus", a semi submersible multi-functional life support platform built by CIMC Raffles as the main structure to create five major sectors including art hotel, cultural expo space, commercial complex, marine entertainment and modern ocean ranch in order to build a "unique super cultural tourism IP".
