Bluewhale II as the drilling equipment in this project, designed and constructed by CIMC Raffles Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd. Bluewhale II sailed in October 2019, and ignite the hydrate in February 17th 2020, and achieve the target in March 18th 2020.
