On December 18th, the strategy agreement for building China Offshore Northern Headquarter is signed by Yantai Government and CIMC Group. Chen Fei, the Deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor , Zhang Dailing, the Deputy Mayor, Gao Xiang, the Deputy Secretary of the party committee and executive vice President of CIMC, Wang Jianzhong, the Secretary of the party committee and President of CIMC Raffles attended the signing ceremony

Chen Fei and Gao Xiang unveiled for the preparation of China Offshore Northern Headquarter and Yantai Deep Blue Ocean Aquaculture Ltd. Zhang Dailing and Wang Jianzhong signed the agreement on behalf of the Yantai Government and CIMC Group, and unveiled for the CIMC New Ocean Kinetic Energy Research Center and CIMC Offshore Oil & Gas Research Center.

According to the agreement, they will establish China Offshore Northern Headquarter together and develop it as the example of series of Marine demonstration projects. Yantai is one of the three core scales of polit areas for old and the new kinetic energy transformation of Shandong. And CIMC Group is a diversified international enterprise that serve for global market, and it is a world's leading logistics equipment and energy equipment supplier.

The both parties would step into depth cooperation based on their respective resource advantages and the future development strategy, by means of offshore engineering, energy and chemical equipment, Marine resources development, special vehicles, modular construction, fire-fighting equipment, containers, cold chain logistics, industrial park etc, and give full play to the advantage of CIMC Group on industry, capital, technology and location environment of Yantai.
