We are currently constructing some of the world most state of the art Semi Submersibles. These Semi Submersibles are made possible by our excellent engineering capabilities. We are constructing Semi Submersibles for some considerable Industry players such as COSL, Schahin and Saipem.
In addition to that we are also of the leading Jack Up construction specialists in China with over 6 Jack Up units currently being constructed. Our Friede & Goldman 'Super M2' designs are at the cutting edge of technology as well as the construction of the propriety Super M2 ESV design which is new in the global offshore industry.
In addition to the construction of the main hull structure, Yantai CIMC Raffles Shipyard has also developed the technology for the entire leg manufacturing process. We are the only Shipyard in Asia to construct Jack Up legs completely in house, which gives us a distinct advantage over our competitors.
We have successfully delivered some of the most unique specialised vessels in the industry. We have worked very closely with our clients to neusre we meet their every requirement. We have delivered specialized vessels ranging from Accomodation Barges, Pipelay and Heavy Lift Barges and a purpose built Yacht Carrier, as well as delivering the Worlds first Round FPSO.

There are six Semi Submersible drilling rigs under construction at Yantai CIMC Raffles, which 3 units for COSL and will work in North Sea in Norway.
The unique construction model of our shipyard is that construct the deck box and lower part on land separately and mating by TAISUN crane then install thrusters in deep water berth. It can help us reduce construction period and control the quality and safety.

Jack-ups
Jack-ups
We design and construct vary kinds of Jack ups range from 150 feet, 300 feet, 375 feet, 400 feet to 425 feet and these rigs can work in different sea area.
There are four Jack ups under construction and designed by F&G SUPER M2. They are supposed to be delivered in 2011.
We have many experiences in constructing Jack ups and have the ability of fabricating Jack up legs leading to large cost saving advantages and quality control and we can deliver the products to clients in time.

We have delivered many offshore support vessels including heavy derrick pipelay vessel, platform supply vessel, ESV, AHTS to the clients and establishing a good relationship with global oil & gas companies, drilling & service company, offshore construction companies. We also can produce other kinds of support vessels.
We constructed the most advanced 3800T derrick pipelay vessel- Lan Jiang in the world in 2001 at that time and now work for Offshore Oil Engineering Co. Ltd.
CIMC Raffles constructed a PLV with 325m length for Saipem and this vessel will be the largest and most advanced one in the world once completed.
