Part 2: Quality Management System
■Base on above philosophy,Yantai CIMC Raffles establishes documentation structure of QMS.
■ In order to push QMS execution, Yantai CIMC Raffles develops a series of QMS training such as ISO standard, rules and regulation training, auditors training and documentations training.
■Yantai CIMC Raffles has more than 120 part - time internal auditors to maintenance, improve and innovate QMS work. Yantai CIMC Raffles holds all kinds and all levels of audits, such as layered audit, process audit, special project audit, subcontractor audit, vendor audit and so on.
Part 3: QMS Certificate
■Yantai CIMC Raffles was certified on ISO9001 since 1999. Now the certification body is ABS Quality Evaluation Inc.
■The certification scope is design, manufacture, repairing and conversion of Jack-up, semi-submersible drilling rigs and vessels (<=300,000T).
■Yantai CIMC Raffles has got ISO9001 certification in Yantai, Haiyang and Longkou as well as planning for offshore R & D center.
CIMC Raffles carries out three-stage inspection system that is composed of self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection.
